The first step is to purchase your radio release package.

The second step is to provide us with information we must have to release your music through our system. Things like the artist name, song title, songwriter, publisher, record label, release date and a bio.

The third step is getting your music and artist profile picture and your album cover to us. You can submit and upload all of your information, artist profile picture and a cd cover picture (at least 600×600 pixels)  along with your music file (MP3 ripped directly from cd at 320K or WAV file format) or you can choose to mail the disk directly to us and we will handle this step for you at no additional cost.

Step 2  is to provide us with your artist information and the song information such as songwriter(s) and publisher(s) and record label.

Step 3 is to submit your music file. We have a Hightail link that allows you to upload your song file directly to us. This is preferred over emailing a song which can sometimes create problems with the song file and many email providers cap the file sizes that you can send. Just make sure your song has been ripped directly from your cd at 320K in MP3 format.

If this sounds a bit overwhelming we have another method that works just as well. You can mail it to us!

Submission by Regular Mail:

To submit by regular mail just send us your cd and payment by check or money order (no cash payments accepted) payable to “CMG-ABE” along with the song title you wish to release, the names of all songwriters and publishers, including if the writers/publishers are with BMI/ASCAP or SESAC and the record label name to:
